We're a small Highland business, right up in the far north-west of Scotland. It's a beautiful place to bake — but it does mean parcels sometimes take a little longer to reach you than they might from a warehouse further south.
Most orders travel with Royal Mail. Larger orders may go by courier instead, whichever gets your treats to you in the best shape.
We'd always rather be straight with you about timings than promise next-day and let your pup down.
Our treats are freshly baked and perishable, so we can't generally accept returns — but that's never the end of the conversation.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or simply isn't up to scratch, contact us as soon as you can and we'll sort it out. A photo of the problem helps enormously, and the sooner we know, the more we can do.
